A Beautiful Noise - The Neil Diamond Musical Uniondale Theatre reviews
BTS-Great; TM-No So Much
The show itself, the main event, was fantastic. The energetic boys were so fun to watch. The crowd felt great and was unbelievable to be a part of. Real Fan process with Ticketmaster obviously does not work because there are countless tickets still selling for triple, quadruple the price and it's unacceptable. There should be a way to report a ticket or have it removed from the listing for an unreasonable re-sale price. Late Verified Fan business was also not a good idea. Ticketmaster you need to do better, seriously. So many wanted to get late tickets but could not because it was locked down to unknown fans who A) did not know would get a code B) could not have planned ahead to make it to the show either way and C) still the tickets ended up in re-sellers clutches. The venue lines were also a mess. So many people missed the beginning of the show due to the mismanagement of the crowd. The first day of the concert is not the time to "test" the effectiveness of the staff size and procedures. But what it took to get there was a real challenge.
